These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule, a metal or plastic component that tightly compresses the hose onto the fitting, creating a strong, leak-proof seal. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate parts (the ferrule and fitting body), which offer flexibility during installation and replacement, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker, more streamlined installation. The A-MJIC fitting features a JIC male 37° seat, providing a reliable and secure connection for high-pressure fluid systems.
